Club Activity
I was a sub captain of my handball team in high school.
It was a really hard job to organize a team to win a competition and make everyone pleased at the same time.
To achieve it, I tried to communicate with everyone to know what they are satisfied with and frustrated about.
In the end, everyone felt happy to play and felt patriotic to the team, so we could reach the quarter final which was the best outcome in the last 10 years.
Crowdfunding
Our team succeeded crowdfunding getting $10k to build an elementary school which is available even in the rainy season in Laos.
I was in charge of our PR department. It was not easy to ask executives of companies or owners of stores to donate.
In order to get their trust, I organized a team to be able to post our activity on social media regularly.
In the end, thanks to team efforts, we reached our goal and made a donation.
